I am extremely disappointed with the briyani I received today. I have ordered from your restaurant before, and it was never like this. This time the taste was absolutely terrible in fact, I have never had such bad briyani in my life. There was no proper masala at all.It looked and tasted like plain white rice. The chicken smelled raw and undercooked, which is completely unacceptable and very concerning from a hygiene and food safety perspective. This is not the quality I expect from your restaurant, especially as a returning customer. Please take this matter seriously and ensure this does not happen again.

Kerala roast was very bland. Additionally I think the team can do better with the pickup estimates. They have a busy routine, but if you provide a time and make the customer wait 20 more minutes for it to be ready, it's not professional. Rather you should provide a more delayed pick up time.

Delicious food. Chicken chukka biriyani was so yummy with authentic flavor of seeraga samba rice. Portion is good enough for the price. Delivery was on time.

The order was delivered one hour later than the estimated time, and one item was missing, which arrived 30 minutes later. In total, it took about 2.5 hours to complete the delivery. By that time, my wife had already prepared her own food and eaten. Don’t give an estimated time if you can’t deliver on it.

The food was amazing but the communication on delivery could be improved. Let us know how long it will take to have the food at home.

Positives : chicken chops and biryani Negatives : 1) I ordered Chilly chicken with methi rotis where as I got normal roti. 2) The dosa has burnt on one side, almost as if the pan’s charred marks have transferred onto it. Both the Dosas had the same marks. I would expect good quality for the price I paid. 3) Delivery - The email says ETA 7:20 PM but the actual order was delivered at 8:10 PM. Since I was hungry and the ETA has been lapsed, around 8 PM, I called the number mentioned in your website but the call went for a voice mail and I left a note. Didn't get any reaction yet. I feel it's good to keep the customer updated on the delivery in case of any delays.
