The chapatis were cold and hard, they definitely don't seem freshly prepared, the rice also was not smelling fresh.

We are regular customers and were excited to try the new Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and ordered two. We were disappointed to find out that each had only a single chicken drumstick, and the rest was rice. We have previously been satisfied by the Biryani and chicken dishes. But the very limited amount of chicken this time came as a shock. We felt cheated from this slightly negative memory. The taste was however good. I think it would be beneficial if you do not resort to cost cutting measures such as these. We would have been happier if we got a proper helping, even if that meant paying a couple of euros more. Thank you. All the best, Philip

Absolutely love the food here. Kothu paratha and biryani are my absolute favourites.

Eten was lekker, alleen hadden wij expliciet gevraagd om de bezorging om 18:00 te doen omdat we daarna plannen hadden. Nu kwam de bezorger pas om 18:30 waardoor we onze plannen moesten uitstellen. Zorg dat als mensen een tijd aangeven dat je er dan ook echt bent. Contact mag alleen via de mail

Chicken lollipop was really good Mini idly - the sambar was not up to the mark. Kothu parotta was dry and flavourless

We hadden niet veel besteld vanwege de extreme warmte maar wat we kregen was gewoonweg fantastisch!, Smaak en geur waren precies zoals het hoort te zijn, we zijn dik tevreden en zullen ongetwijfeld vaker bestellen!

We as a family have loved food from Nilaachooru since it started. But I have noticed gradual reduction in portion size and also quality since. I order chicken lollipop for my daughter as she loves it. Normally there are 5 pieces and yesterday it was 4. Also by weight they looked as small as always. The order is always delivered late and yesterday it was delivered wrong.😑 It may very well be the last time I ordered from Nilaachooru.

Usually it is delivered home - but yesterday I had to go down to pick it- if someone can enter the ground floor can as well take lift and come over.

Great food

It’s a shame that good food is delivered after 1.5hr of ordering. More frustrating is that there’s no update and promised time to deliver the food is 45 min.

The kerala roast was great, but the paratha was horrible. It was in small pieces and it looked like someone had torn it apart already :( hope this can be corrected next time.

The chicken chops were not cooked properly. The meat was still red/bloody inside. My daughter ate a piece before we noticed and had stomach pain that evening. Please make sure meat is fully cooked to avoid food poisoning.

Kerala style Varuthuaracha Mutton Curry with Rice - but no rice was given

Taste is really good but kothu parotta was very dry and mutton pieces were really very very less.

Briyani rice is good enough for a person. But mutton pieces are very less. Taste is really good. But couldn't complete Briyani because of less pieces of Mutton.

I am extremely disappointed with the briyani I received today. I have ordered from your restaurant before, and it was never like this. This time the taste was absolutely terrible in fact, I have never had such bad briyani in my life. There was no proper masala at all.It looked and tasted like plain white rice. The chicken smelled raw and undercooked, which is completely unacceptable and very concerning from a hygiene and food safety perspective. This is not the quality I expect from your restaurant, especially as a returning customer. Please take this matter seriously and ensure this does not happen again.

Kerala roast was very bland. Additionally I think the team can do better with the pickup estimates. They have a busy routine, but if you provide a time and make the customer wait 20 more minutes for it to be ready, it's not professional. Rather you should provide a more delayed pick up time.

Delicious food. Chicken chukka biriyani was so yummy with authentic flavor of seeraga samba rice. Portion is good enough for the price. Delivery was on time.

The chicken chukka biriyani was great! Unfortunately, the delay in getting food was not ideal. We will order again.

The order was delivered one hour later than the estimated time, and one item was missing, which arrived 30 minutes later. In total, it took about 2.5 hours to complete the delivery. By that time, my wife had already prepared her own food and eaten. Don’t give an estimated time if you can’t deliver on it.

The food was amazing but the communication on delivery could be improved. Let us know how long it will take to have the food at home.

Positives : chicken chops and biryani Negatives : 1) I ordered Chilly chicken with methi rotis where as I got normal roti. 2) The dosa has burnt on one side, almost as if the pan’s charred marks have transferred onto it. Both the Dosas had the same marks. I would expect good quality for the price I paid. 3) Delivery - The email says ETA 7:20 PM but the actual order was delivered at 8:10 PM. Since I was hungry and the ETA has been lapsed, around 8 PM, I called the number mentioned in your website but the call went for a voice mail and I left a note. Didn't get any reaction yet. I feel it's good to keep the customer updated on the delivery in case of any delays.
